Truth be told, I was not familiar with Passion Cooks until my Account Executive from The Glass Garden mentioned that they will soon be accredited with them. Naturally, my interest was piqued that I started stalking their Facebook page, googling about them and looking them up on various wedding online forums. I read a ton of good reviews, so I decided to contact them and book our initial food tasting with them.
If there is one talent that I've always wished that I have, it's being able to sing my heart out without damaging other people's eardrums. If only God gave me that talent, I would be probably be doing karaoke's all day. Unfortunately, I don't have the voice to make people swoon (and make money with). But don't fret because I still think get to enjoy singing even with my limited vocal reach. #IDontCare
But if you have what it takes to be the next online singing sensation, then make sure to show off your singing ability, broadcast your musical talent and wow audiences all over the world by joining Taiwan Excellence newest online contest: Made To Enjoy Singing.

Despite the scorching heat that we are horribly experiencing right now, I still haven't ditched applying my body lotion every single day. Perhaps, it's just a (beauty) habit that I would always have the time to splurge on. Don't judge me. I just really like to feel my skin silky smooth every time. My current lotion love is Glupa (Glutathione + Papaya) Skin Whitening Lotion.
Just so you know, my hair was previously rebonded and colored at Queen's Lair Salon almost a year ago. My hair was (literally) crying for a major revamp (read: 3-inch regrowth) so I decided to (finally) listen and had my hair done at one of the high-scale salons in the Metro - Basement Salon at EDSA Shangri La.
You know I dig bright lips and just recently, I found another lip-smacking shade that instantly blew my mind. And unlike most days, it is not a candy pink color. Add to my surprise, it even comes in a jumbo pencil form (which I thought I would never ever like). Dolls, say hello to Bobbi Brown Art Stick in Bright Raspberry.
Knowing that 100% of the proceeds from getting a Mac Viva Glam lipstick will be used to fund the Mac AIDS Foundation is the perfect excuse for a beauty junkie like me to add another tube in my beauty stash. The feeling of being part of a good cause, one lipstick at a time, is so spot on for me. On that note, I always keep my eyes peeled for new products under the Mac Viva Glam line.
Getting a massage is one body pampering activity that I always look forward to. Really, having someone rub you the in the most soothing way can really make a dead-tired body come to live. In this day of age where stress and toxicity predominate, it feels good to just have a relaxing massage every now and then.
No time to book an appointment to the spa? No worries. You can still relax and treat your skin, diy style with Lush Massage Bars (retail for Php295 per 100g). Lush even launched a new selection recently and I'd tell y'all more about these yummy-looking skin treats after the jump!

Snoe Here Comes The Sunblock Instant White Sun Lotion with Singkamas (Bengkoang) and SPF45
Hand me a product that promises to whiten my skin while protecting it from the harmful UV rays and I'd be all ears. Add the words - INSTANT whitening, paraben-free and non-greasy and I'd be on my knees in no time. Well, these are just some of the benefits that I get with perhaps, the most repurchased item in my stash - Snoe Here Comes The Sunblock Instant White Sun Lotion with Singkamas (Bengkoang) & SPF45.
I discovered how amazing the Lush shampoo bars when I decided to give Ultimate White a try a couple years ago. The fact that is loaded with essential oils that add shine to the hair and leave it with a gorgeous violet scent made me sing praises for it. Add to that, I can carry this anywhere without having to worry about spillage, leakage or not being able to comply with the airline rules for carrying liquids on flight.
Needless to say, when Lush invited me to the launch of five brand new shampoo bars to add to its already amazing collection in an intimate Lush Hair Care Event at Piandre Salon in BGC, I was beyond ecstatic.
Despite the fact that I still have a ton of lotions sitting on my stash waiting to prove their worth, I still can't help but grab a tube of Belo Intensive Whitening Body Cream (Kojic Acid + Tranexamic Acid) one fine afternoon at Robinsons Department Store. The fact that it hasn't been formally launched yet that time (no ads nor commercials yet) somewhat ignited my desire to test it out. Six weeks later, I'm now in front of my computer writing my two cents about it.
Pond's has always taken the lead when it comes to tried, tested and true solutions in skin care. With the growing demand for products that address specific skin types and provide solutions for varied beauty concerns, it is but natural for the number one face care brand in the Philippines to extensively study and develop new formulations and formats for its skincare products, whilst latching on the latest beauty musts.
In an exclusive media launch held at R Space Events Makati last February 17, 2016, Pond's
unveiled the brand's latest breakthrough in skincare - the New Pond's Pearl Cleansing Gel. It is the first whitening facial wash in gel formulation that cleanses the skin, making it whiter and fresher, without drying it.
Aside fr0m blogging, I also have a regular job. I am a staff nurse in a Maternity Hospital near my place and I wok on a 12-hour shift four times a week. I start my day by putting my make up - BB cream, powder foundation, eyebrow powder, a bit of blush and a lipstick.
On that note, I rarely retouch my make up. It's not because I don't need to, but because I have so much work going on that I don't really have time to splurge on making sure my make up stays decently intact.
