Love At First Wash With Pond's Pearl Cleansing Gel

Pond's has always taken the lead when it comes to tried, tested and true solutions in skin care. In an exclusive media launch held at R Space Events Makati last February 17, 2016, Pond's
unveiled the brand's latest breakthrough in skincare - the New Pond's Pearl Cleansing Gel. It is the first whitening facial wash in gel formulation that cleanses the skin, making it whiter and fresher, without drying it.
I have really sensitive skin so I tend to stray away from products that tend to irritate or overly dry my skin like whitening bar soaps. Ever since I dipped my toes into the gel-formulation craze, I never went back. You see, gel skincare products are lighter in texture and generally have milder ingredients allowing its essential properties to dissolve faster and more effectively into the skin.
And oh-boy, this New Pond's Pearl Cleansing Gel wowed me even after just trying it for the first time. For starters, it smelled heavenly - just light and fresh. A little bit goes along way because this baby lathers richly, unlike other gel-based facial cleansers that I've tried before. It manages to really remove all the dirt and make up on my face without sucking out all the moisture on my skin.
With its oxygenated formulation, it cleanses and refreshes while locking in moisture, making the skin softer and more supple. Its lightweight formulation also enables it to deliver hydration for those with oily to combination skin and doesn't cause breakouts or clogged pores. It is also infused with Pearl Essence, which is known and tested to deliver noticeable skin whitening.
Truth be told, I am completely head-over-heels in love with this cleanser. It is definitely one of those products that I know will be a permanent resident inside my bathroom vanity drawer. No wonder Pond's resident beauty expert Agoo Bengzon...
