NARS Desire: My First NARS blush for 2010

Wanna have gorgeous pink cheeks? Well, if you answered YES, one way to achieve that is to get this blush! Just by looking at it, you'll definitely know what I'm talking about. So, please scroll down.

I'm sure, most ladies will think it is too bright. That's is always Desire's first impression. But once you apply it with a light hand, you will get the most incredible natural blush. I'm NC20 for reference and this color is exactly the same color of my cheeks when I naturally blush! Described as "cotton candy pink" by Nars. Desire is a bubble gum pink that works well to brighten and prettify, as any pink blush should. The pigment is also densely packed that you don't have to swipe your brush a million times to get a good color payoff. Very long lasting too. I'm sure I won't be able to hit pan with this baby anytime soon! Another Nars winner in my opinion.

Another Nars Mini Haul

Yep, I'm so guilty! I bought some Nars items again. I grabbed a cleanser and two sets of the Mini Multiple trio. One set is for a friend and the other one is for my sister (although she wants the South Beach only!) - which means that I'll post Copacabana and Orgasm soon in my blog sale. So without further adieu, here are the goodies that I got yesterday.

Finally! My Own Etude House Dual Fibre Cheek Blush!

After a few days of waiting, it's already here in my arms.. Uhmm.. I mean, in my make up stash! lol

Look how pretty this brush is! It is designed to be used all over the face and the cheeks. To many, it is a dupe of Mac 188 and I must say that I so agree with that! The large flat-topped full circular shape of this brush allows perfect application. This works like a dream!

See those fibres? They are made from natural and synthetic blend. So using them with powder or liquid foundation is a breeze! I used it a while ago with my Nars Oil Free liquid foundation and I love how it gave me a light airbrush look! Indeed, this brush helps me achieve that flawless face with essentially less effort. Measures 5.5 inches and retails for Php428.

I love how creamy these multiples are. I think I got a nice deal despite how miniature they look. FOTD: Make Up by Lara of Nars Shangri La

I told Lara of Nars Shangri La that I want to give Sheer Glow another shot (since I disliked it the first time). So she did this look on me and I loved it!

Things she used (as far as I could remember):

Sheer Glow Foundation in Fiji

Nars Luster blush

Nars Madly as contour blush

Nars lip lacquer in Chelsea Girls (which I love!)

Nars Honolulu Honey lipstick

And four hours after (no blotting), my make up was still okay (but my hair was a mess, lol). I also loved the dewy finish!

I'm SOLD! Once I finish my Nars Oil Free liquid foundation, I will surely buy myself a bottle of Sheer Glow foundation but in Deauville (which is really my shade).

After six to eight hours, I think my make up was still pretty decent that I decided being a cam whore for a second, lol :)
