Hi dolls! I'll be flying tomorrow for a short trip to Bali, Indonesia so I thought of sharing with y'all the contents inside my trusty travel make up bag. I'm struggling to pack light since I always feel the need to bring my whole bedroom whenever I go. But for make up, my huge fear of losing/breaking them makes me carry just the products that I really need.
Decently opaque, shiny, hydrating and very comfortable on the lips; - these words sum up my adoration about this lipstick. Beside the fact that it is housed in a clear bullet tube that allows me to actually see the color, the formulation of this lipstick is indeed.. supreme.
Matte lipsticks can be a pain to wear. Sure, they saturate the lips with impeccable color pay off while boosting your self confidence to the nth power in a swipe. But let them sit for a little while on your lips and they will suck all the life of your puckers up; -leaving them miserably hurt, dry and cracked afterwards. This is the reason being why I didn't deviate into this formulation for the longest time.
But ever since the matte hybrids (read:non-drying matte lipsticks) came around in the beauty world, I slowly ventured into trying them out. Some were amazing, other were a bunch of crap load. And topping the list of amazing matte lipsticks in the market today (at least for me) is this Shu Uemura Rouge Unlimited Supreme Matte lipstick in M PK 348.

Heads up all Shu Uemura fanatics in the house! There is an awesome Shu Uemura Celebrat10in happening in the metro and y'all should not miss it! Oh yes, throw a party and pop those balloons because Shu Uemura is celebrating 10 years of beauty perfect10n in the Philippines! Yey!
Hi dolls! I picked up a few beauty things a couple days ago and I thought of sharing them with all of you. As weird as it may sound, I feel happy every time I see haul posts, so hopefully you would all get the same cheerful vibe! Enjoy! :)
Yep, I know. I'm kinda late with this post. But as the saying goes, better late than never, right? So, I would no longer bore you with my lame excuses and random ramblings. If you want to know the products that rocked my month of May, keep reading! :)
1. The Body Shop Facial Mist
It's extremely humid here in the Philippines. In a more personal statement, it's so freaking hot these past few months. I hope Mother Nature reads my blogs and will be able to see this rant and be kind enough to bring down the temperature. Wishful thinking? You bet. (Perhaps Mother Nature was able to read my draft because it's raining already, lol) To combat the extremely hot summer season, I spray this (straight from the refrigerator) all over my face. I also love how it sets my make up, leaving that dewy finish which I like a lot! :)
2. Citre Shine Hair Mist Laminator
If you want to add shine on your hair, keep a bottle of this on hand! It's lightweight, has that refreshing citrus scent and keeps my hair shiny without pulling it down or making it appear greasy and yucky. Love it!
I told you. This baby will be part of this list. My go-to blush this month. I love how fool proof this blush is. It imparts that very lovely peachy flush on my cheeks that makes me look like glowing from with in. I'm such a fan!
I already posted that this is my go-to lipstick and I really enjoyed this lippie most especially this month. I pair it with Shu Uemura M Peach 44, a little mascara and I'm off to go. I won't get tired repurchasing this lipstick. I'm so sure about that!
Here's a confession. I have this color on my toes for the entire month of May. Now that's huge because it's very unlikely for me to repaint the same color on my toes every week. I guess I really really like this nail varnish, haha.
6. YSL Gloss Pur 1
I'm just addicted to this gorgeous gloss! I love the color, the opacity and the very inviting scent! Oh, love the packaging too. Very luxe, very YSL :)
So there you go. Those were my May favorites. How about you? What are the products that spiced your recent month? Let me know, ayt?
Until then.
Peace and Love!

My GIRLTalk sister, blue-purple, requested me to do a FOTD using Shu Uemura Glow On blush in M Peach 44. And being a good sister, I happily obliged. :)
Shu Uemura M Peach 44 blush is a very subtle peach color, yet very buildable. I hate that my camera and my lighting are washing out the color. So pardon me for that lapse. But I hope you guys will still be able to see the glow that it brings on my face.
To begin with, here are the rest of the stuff that I have on my face:
2. Shu Uemura Glow On M Peach 44
3. CoverGirl Lashblast Mascara
4. Nars Make Up Primer
6. In2It Eyebrow Shadow
And here's my quick FOTD:
Again, let me know what you think, ayt?
Until then.

I got my first Shu Glow On blush yesterday and it completely blown me away! It's so pretty!
Shu Uemura Glow On M Peach 44 is described as matte orange peach - warm undertones. It might not look exciting on the pan (perhaps because of the blah packaging), but when applied on the apples of my cheeks, it gives that natural warm peach flush. It also glides easily and blends like a dream. If you find Nars Torrid overwhelming and Benefit's Georgia quite lame, well this might be the blush that you are looking for. It's the perfect matte light peach blush that gives that natural radiance on my cheeks. I just use my regular blush brush, tap it on the apples of my cheeks and lightly build up the color. It sinks into my skin and just makes my face glow; - a nice subtle warm glow which I am totally liking. I'm sure this baby will receive a lot of love from me. So don't be shock to see this in my May favorites. Now I totally understand about the raves this product is getting. This is one product that totally lived up to its hype.

I just wish that the packaging is more sturdy. I'm too scared to drop this because I totally think that it will smash into pieces once it hit the ground. And I don't want that to happen to my first Shu blush (or to any of my blushes) because that will break my poor little heart.
How about you? Have you tried Shu Glow On blushes?
What are your favorites? Let me know, ayt?
Until then.
Peace and Love!
