For me, there is nothing more lady-like than having dainty polished nails. Achieving this is easy. Just choose a pale nude pink lacquer, and you'd instantly feel like a princess or a bride-to-be. On that note, let me present to y'all one of my ultimate fave nude pink polish; - Orly Cupcake.
Hi dolls! I hope everyone is doing well despite this unforgiving (wet) weather. I miss waking up to bright mornings, so I decided to paint my nails with a fun, summery shade; - orange! Meet Orly Sol Cabana Nail Polish!
Despite the gloomy weather, I still opted to feel spring-y and paint my nails with a spectral color. Pastel colors always tend to add a little bit of sunshine to my mood so I grabbed my Orly Gumdrop and started applying it on my nails. I received this polish as a present last Christmas and for a color this fabulous, it's a shame that it was just sitting on my nail polish stash all this time; - unused and unloved. So I decided to take it out for a spin and oh boy, I'm glad I did!
Yes, I did it again! Forgive me for being weak, but I just couldn't resist ordering a few more Orly polishes from one of my favorite online shops, Zalora. You see, it's really not my habit purchasing polishes online because the thought of receiving them either broken into pieces or splattered all over the place makes me uncomfortable.
Orly Nite Owl is part of Orly's Birds of a Feather for Fall 2011. It's a gorgeous taupe-y brown shade with silver specks. It looks absolutely boring on the bottle, but on the nails, it lifts that old neutral territory a notch up!
I have been secretly spending a lot of time (normally before bed time) scrolling over Zalora's website, looking for great finds. And one day, I saw that Zalora is already carrying beauty products as well. I hurriedly checked Orly's page, and like a true-bloom beauty lunatic, I find myself adding one polish at a time in my cart. 5 minutes later, with 7 shades in my cart, I checked out. And two days after, my Zalora x Orly package arrived in the mail.
And inside this black box are my precious Orly nail polishes (which by the way were wrapped individually!).
I may not be a fan of blue eye shadows, but I dig blue polishes! And on that note, when I finally saw Orly Sweet Peacock (part of Birds of a Feather collection) on display at Landmark, Trinoma, I did not think twice and purchased one immediately. Why not? It's blue. It's metallic. It's gorgeous!
Pictures below!
I went to Robinson's Galleria for one purpose; - to restock on my favorite Snoe products.
Which I pretty much accomplished.
Snoe White Extra Strength Kojic Milk Whitening scrub (Php349) and Snoe Here Comes The Sunblock (Php199)
But because I decided to roam a bit, I went home with a few more things (as expected)!
I did some shopping over the past few weeks and here are some of the beauty related things that I got.
