MAC Candy Yum Yum Lipstick

Perhaps one of the most coveted item from the Quite Cute Collection; - Candy Yum Yum was sold out instantly in our local Mac stores even before the launch of the collection. Good thing, it's now part of Mac's permanent collection, so you can now purchase it anytime.

It is the most shocking neon pink lipstick that I have ever seen in my entire life (seriously!). It is a matte finish which means it is a little drying on the lips so make sure to pop a good lip balm before putting this on. It is highly pigmented and lasts a really long time on the lips. The color is an intense bright pink and is not something for the faint of heart because this will definitely grab a lot more attention that you will not get even with your bold bloody red lipsticks.

On my NC20 asian skin, I think it is quite wearable but not something that I will use every day. I love pinks but the neon tones in this lipstick is way above the spectrum that I can tolerate. Maybe I still need more confidence to make this work for me. Also, I find it a little hard to work with. It looked streaky and patchy on my lips.
