I'm quite fair already, but if I want to amp it up a notch brighter instantly (or to even out my skin tone), I use lotions that claim to magically lighten the skin in one application. I have already used (and reviewed) a ton from all sort of brands (Snoe, Vaseline, Glupa, Belo) and have mixed feelings about them. But when I saw that Nivea now carries a similar body lotion, like a true bloom beauty blogger, I was instantly intrigued.
Truth be told, lipstick is one of my favorite make up item to buy (or to ask for pasalubong). Having dropped that fact, I own quite a number. I rotate my lipsticks as much as possible, but still, I rarely finish a tube. That's why I don't mind owning miniature lipsticks like this one from Tom Ford Lips & Boys range. I currently have two from this line and today, I want y'all to say hello to Alejandro.
I remember all the hype about this foundation when it was first released some years ago. I got a sample of this and loved it so much that despite its hefty price tag (Php2,550), I decided to give this a go (pump sold separately). Up to this time, I still have no regrets in buying this foundation. I always feel the prettiest when I have this on which I think is what every make up should do. #HolyGrail
Fact is, I will forever be a bright lipstick kinda girl. I just like how one swipe of a bright hue lipstick instantly makes my face brighter and more alive. So despite having the Kylie Jenner lip trend right now, I still haven't jumped into the bandwagon. On that happy note, let me feature one of Mac's iconic bright pink lipstick; - Impassioned.
Ever since I started coloring my hair years ago, I never went back to my natural hair color which is jet black. I just feel that brown-toned colors look better against my complexion compared to plain and boring black (no pun intended). But as I much as I would like to get a new hair color as frequent as my mane desires, I do not have the time (and the unlimited funds) to do so. Good thing I came across with a great way to color my hair in a faster and cheaper way. Yes my friends, I discovered the power of bubble hair coloring and I am hooked!
I know that I have been on a major beauty blogging hiatus recently. Please excuse my absence because I have just been so caught up with other life-changing things (read:my wedding, updating my blog layout, etc). But now that I have finally booked almost all of my major wedding suppliers (thank God!), expect to read more blog posts from me (promise!). To kick start my home coming to the blogosphere, I have a decent collective Mac haul to share with you all.
As women who keep up
with the latest trends, we always want to sport the hairstyles that are au
courant. Whether it be ‘dos that are voluminous, wavy, or edgy, getting the
hottest hair trends means using our favorite styling tools or going to the
salon to dye our hair. And while we try these out and go from the runway to
every day, we knowingly damage our hair, making it dry, dull and brittle to
stay chic.
Now, you can stand up to
styling damage with the TRESemme Platinum Strength Range. From the salon-grade
brand used and trusted by professionals, TRESemme Platinum Strength fortifies
and strengthens hair like no other, repairing up to two years of damage caused
by everyday hairstyling such as heat styling and coloring. Dry, dull, and
desperate tresses will find their match with the TRESemme Platinum
Strength Shampoo, Conditioner, Treatment Mask, and Stay Soft Leave In Treatment,
all featuring the line’s Platinum Strength Renewing Complex.
