Hands down, Nars makes one of the best blushes in the market. And with the upcoming Nars x Pierre Hardy collection which would be available this coming May, prepare to get electrified with two new limited high voltage blushes from the brand. Say hello to one of the most pigmented blushes that I have ever seen in my life; - Nars Rotonde blush.
If there is one polish pair that you need to get from the Nars x Pierre Hardy Shoe Inspired Nail Polish Collection, it's no other than this set. Vertebra gives you the best of both worlds; - a creamy coral and a dusty rose one which enables you to either go neutral or tropical on your nails depending on your mood. Better yet, apply both and use the coral one as an accent color for a pop of unexpected fun!
Any die-hard shoe fanatic dreams of having a pair from French shoe designer, Pierre Hardy in her collection. His designs are fierce, striking and fashion forward. I may not love shoes more than make up, but when I learned about his collaboration with Nars, I was beyond ecstatic. You see, polishes and blushes bring me to blissful (make up) land in a snap!
At one point or another, we want to shake things a little and try something beyond our comfort zone. While others venture into a new sport or hobby, I sit patiently in front of my vanity and paint my face with bolder make up. I have no problems sporting bright lips, but I tend to go easy on my eyes. But if you're not as apprehensive as I am in wearing color, well say hello to this fierce eye shadow duo from Nars; - Fashion Rebel.
I love how Francois Nars gives patronage to beautiful places by naming some of his products after them. It just gives me so much joy discovering another incredible shade from his line, while learning more about geography (and history) at the same time. A good example is this delicious single eye shadow in Euphrate. French for Euphrates, the longest and one of the most important rivers of Western Asia that empties into the Persian Gulf.
I must have mentioned a bazillion times already that I am not a big lip gloss person. Yes, I like how they make my lips look softer, juicier and extra glossy. However, I really find the sticky texture of most lip glosses insanely annoying. I have long hair and seeing my gloss all smeared onto my face just because the wind decided to blow towards my direction is a disaster!
Good thing, I could already lavish into all the perks of wearing a gloss minus the tacky feel. Heaven must have heard my silent scream for help because a lot of make up brands right now are coming out with non-sticky lip glosses. Say hello to my latest non-sticky lip gloss find (and love); - Nars Larger Than Life Lip Gloss in Paris Follies.
If you have been reading my blog for a while now (or if you know me personally), you'd probably know already my huge love affair with the brand Nars. It's the label that perked my interest into make up (thanks to their free make up workshop). On that note, I'm guilty in stalking their collections every now and then. Today, let me present to you NARS Summer 2013 Collection!
Kerastase has always been a brand that I know I can trust my hair with. When I feel the need to look extra dashing, I always prep my hair with Kerastase products. I own a bunch from their line, and I love everything that I have. And now, I have even more reasons to go completely gaga over Kerastase. Say hello to the newest additions to Kerastase's best-selling Elixir Ultime family; - the 24-Carat Shampoo and masque.
Like most girls, I hate seeing myself looking extra shiny by mid day too. Oil-blotting sheets can help keep oil at bay for others, but not for me. You see, my skin tend to react violently towards most blotting films so I use them with caution. I have dry-to-combination skin and to help me not look extra greasy than usual, I always keep my Mac Blot powder in Medium within reach.
