Dolce & Gabbana Lipstick in Splendid

Dolce & Gabbana Lipstick in Splendid (US$30)- Another lipstick that makes me really happy being a girl! Housed in a lovely (and quite flashy) gold tube, Splendid looks absolutely luxurious. However, I feel that it lacks the weight that I am used to for a high end lipstick. Blind fold me and I might mistake it for a Loreal lipstick (weight wise).

My long search for a warm medium pink ended when I swiped Splendid on my lips. It is opaque and equipped with an exuding moist finish that makes it sit comfortably on my puckers. The color pay off is superb; - opaque and vibrant. It's definitely a color that is not so out there, but it's still lovely to be noticed. It has that rose scent but nothing overpowering.
